Ingredients

  • 2 lbs cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp, chilled

Cocktail Sauce

  • 1 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/4 cup kimchi
  • 3 tsp prepared horseradish¬†
  • 1 tsp low sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sriracha¬†sauce

Instructions

  • 1. Add all sauce ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth, but still mildly chunky.
    2. Serve with cooked and cooled shrimp.
