Pineapple Cinnamon Infused Tequila
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cup silver/blanco tequila
Add all ingredients to a 16 oz mason jar or airtight container. 2. Shake well, and place in the refrigerator for 5-7 days. 3. Every few days, try the jar to help distribute the flavors. Taste after 5 days- if looking for a more pronounced cinnamon flavor, go the full 7 days. 4. Once ready to use, strain the tequila and discard the cinnamon stick, vanilla bean and pienapple.
