  • blender


  • 1 8.45 oz can pineapple juice frozen in cubes
  • the juice of 1 naval orange 
  • 1 tsp minced jalapeño pepper
  • the juice of 1 lime 
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup


  • 1. Pour pineapple juice into an ice cube tray and freeze.
    2. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
    3. Divide among 2 cocktail glasses (or 1 large glass, if serving 1). Garnish with jalapeño slices and serve.
