Cucumber Martini Recipe (Gin or Vodka)

This easy Cucumber Martini recipe combines fresh muddled cucumber, vodka or gin, dry vermouth and simple syrup for a fresh, strong cocktail that's ready in minutes, and perfect for spring!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 6 thick cucumber slices 
  • 4.5 oz vodka or gin
  • 1.5 oz dry vermouth
  • 1.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 cup ice
  • cucumber slices, for garnish 

Instructions

  • Add the cucumber slices to a cocktail shaker or mason jar, and, using a cocktail muddler, muddle until broken up.
    2. Add the vodka or gin, dry vermouth, simple syrup and ice.
    3. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
    4. Garnish 2 martini glasses with cucumber slices, and strain evenly into both glasses. Enjoy!
