Cucumber Martini Recipe (Gin or Vodka)

- 6 thick cucumber slices
- 4.5 oz vodka or gin
- 1.5 oz dry vermouth
- 1.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 cup ice
- cucumber slices, for garnish
Add the cucumber slices to a cocktail shaker or mason jar, and, using a cocktail muddler, muddle until broken up. 2. Add the vodka or gin, dry vermouth, simple syrup and ice. 3. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. 4. Garnish 2 martini glasses with cucumber slices, and strain evenly into both glasses. Enjoy!
