Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon gochujang paste (less if you like things less spicy)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon honey 
  • 2 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar 
  • 2 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  • Add all sauce ingredients in a medium bowl, and whisk until combined.
    Use as desired for rice bowls, soup, and more! Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
    This recipe yields a little over a half a cup.
