  • 2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese
  • 2 oz honey flavored goat cheese, crumbled*
  • prepared balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Arugula topping

  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon prepared balsamic glaze
  • ½ teaspoon honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Slice the Italian loaf in half length wise, then in half width wise to create 4 even pieces.
    3. Place bread cut side up on a sheet pan and brush evenly with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
    4. Evenly layer shredded cheese across all 4 pieces of bread.
    5. Layer figs over top of cheese.
    6. Drape prosciutto over top of each pizza. 4 oz of prosciutto should be about 8 slices, so 2 slices per pizza.
    7. Top each pizza with an even amount of crumbled goat cheese
    8. Transfer the sheet pan to the oven and bake for 10-14 minutes, until the cheese is just melted.
    9. Toss arugula in a bowl with the balsamic glazes, honey and olive oil. Layer an even among on top of each hot pizza. Drizzle each with balsamic glaze and serve! Can be served whole, or cut into strips and served as an appetizer!
