Making the cocktails 1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the jalapeño and agave. 2-3 thin slices of jalapeño is recommended. 2. Add the lime juice, blood orange juice and tequila to the shaker and shake well. 3. On a lipped plate, stir together Tajin seasoning and sugar until well combined. 4. Moisten edges of 2 cocktail glasses with a lime wedge, and dip into Tajin and sugar mixture to rim. 5. Fill glasses with ice. 6. Pour cocktail evenly into 2 glasses. 7. Garnish with lime slice and jalapeño slice, and serve.
