1. Add the mayonnaise, minced garlic, toasted sesame oil and Gochujang paste to a medium mixing bowl. 2. Whisk or stir until well combined. 3. Taste for seasoning, and add a splash of Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon/Lime juice (if using mayo other than Kewpie) if desired. 4. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
