Whether you feel you're not drinking enough water and want to increase your water intake, or just want a refreshing drink for a hot summer day, this Cucumber, Lemon and Mint infused water will transform plain water into a delicious, healthy and refreshing drink!
This infused water is great for sipping poolside in hot weather, and is a fun way to keep hydrated at parties and baby showers! With fresh lemons, sprigs of mint and cool cucumbers, this 5 minute flavored water is a great alternative to sugary drinks when you want something just a bit more flavorful.
With fresh ingredients, this infused water is a great way to get your water in, and carries great health benefits. It's not only good for hydrating and your immune system, it also makes a great detox water! The lemon cucumber water also contains vitamin c. Take your plain pitcher of water to a whole new level of delicious with this delicious drink bursting with fresh flavor!

Ingredients
This 5 minute infused water is super simple to whip up, and only gets better as it sits! Here's what you'll need to make it:
- 8 cups cold water. You can use spring, filtered, or tap. Whatever your preference.
- Fresh lemon slices from one large lemon.
- Fresh mint leaves. I use about ¼ cup per 8 cups of water. You can use mint from your local grocery store, or mint you grow in the garden!
- Mini Persian cucumbers, English cucumbers, or regular cucumber. If using a standard cucumber, I recommend peeling prior to adding to your water. Use whichever kind of cucumber you like!

How to prepare the Cucumber Lemon Mint Water Recipe
- Fill a large pitcher with cold water.
- Thinly slice the cucumber and lemon, and place cucumber slices and lemon slices directly in the pitcher with the water.
- Add the fresh mint leaves, and give the water a good stir.
- Serve right away with ice cubes or at room temperature, or refrigerate for at least one hour for better flavor.

What to serve the Cucumber Lemon Mint Water in
You can serve this infused water in a large pitcher, or make smaller batches in your water bottle or in cute carafes! If using a smaller vessel, be sure to reduce the amount of lemon, cucumber and mint. The amounts listed in this recipe fit a large volume pitcher, and are measured for 8 cups of water.
I like to serve the cucumber lemon water to guests in glasses with sprigs of fresh mint, a lemon wheel, and a slice of cucumber.

How to store the infused water
This infused Cucumber Lemon Mint Water can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 5 days (if it lasts that long!). Please note that as it sits, the flavors will become more intense, so you can continually add water as you go, or remove the cucumber, lemon and mint once your desired flavor is reached. This healthy drink is even better the next day, and letting it sit really brings out the cucumber flavor.

What to do with the Cucumber Lemon Mint Water
You can sip this refreshing beverage as is, or even make delicious cocktails with it! A great way to turn this tasty water into a cocktail is to add a splash of lemonade to the mix, along with some vodka, cucumber vodka, or gin!
Substitutions and Additions
You can easily make this water your own with some easy swaps! Here are some great ways to adjust the recipe to your tastes, and work with what you have on hand.
- Use lime or orange in place of the lemon.
- Try fresh basil instead of mint.
- Top your glass with some sparkling water for a little fizzy refreshment!
- Add vodka or gin and a splash of lemonade for a light and refreshing summer cocktail!
- Play with the ratios of cucumber, mint or lemon.
