- 8 cups cold water
- 1 large lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 mini or Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced (or ½ English cucumber, or 1 small peeled standard cucumber)
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
Fill a large pitcher with cold water.
Thinly slice the cucumber and lemon, and place cucumber slices and lemon slices directly in the pitcher with the water.
Add the fresh mint leaves, and stir well.
Serve right away, or refrigerate for at least one hour for better flavor.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, and add water as needed to dilute flavor.
