Ingredients

  • 8 cups cold water
  • 1 large lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 mini or Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced (or ½ English cucumber, or 1 small peeled standard cucumber)
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • Fill a large pitcher with cold water.
  • Thinly slice the cucumber and lemon, and place cucumber slices and lemon slices directly in the pitcher with the water.
  • Add the fresh mint leaves, and stir well.
  • Serve right away, or refrigerate for at least one hour for better flavor.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, and add water as needed to dilute flavor.
