4Fresh figs cut, into 4 slices each (or 8 dried figs)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3. Heat butter in a large skillet or nonstick pan over medium-high heat. 4. Add the prosciutto in a single layer (some minor overlap is OK), and cook until crisp, about 2 minutes per side. 5. Transfer to a plate to cool. 6. Add sage leaves to the pan, and cook until crispy, about 1 minute. 7. Remove to plate with prosciutto to cool enough to handle. 8. On each crescent roll, lay a slice of prosciutto, a tablespoon of cheese, 2 slices of fig, and a fried sage leaf. 9. Roll to close. 10. Transfer to parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown.
