- 1 5.2 oz package Boursin cheese, any flavor
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ¼ cup plain Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (plus more for garnish)
- salt & fresh ground pepper, to taste
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pomegranate Molasses (or balsamic glaze) for drizzling
- crostini, crusty bread, or crackers, for serving
Preheat oven to 425 degrees f. 2. Mix panko, fresh rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic powder well. 3. Dredge the Boursin cheese in flour, then egg (let excess run off), then seasoned breadcrumbs, pressing to coat in breadcrumbs. 4. Place on parchment lined sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes. 5. Drizzle warm baked Boursin cheese with pomegranate molasses and garnish with additional fresh rosemary. Serve with crackers or crostini.
