- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- the juice of half a small lemon
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Finely chop the dill, zest and juice the lemon, and mince the garlic. 2. Add all sauce ingredients to a small bowl, and whisk to combine. 3. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for a few hours or a day in advance to enhance the flavors.
