Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • 2 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • the juice of half a small lemon 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest 
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Finely chop the dill, zest and juice the lemon, and mince the garlic.
    2. Add all sauce ingredients to a small bowl, and whisk to combine.
    3. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for a few hours or a day in advance to enhance the flavors.
