Equipment

  • immersion blender, blender, or food processor

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2-3 canned chipotle peppers in adobo 
  • the juice and zest of 1 lime 
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, and pulse until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Taste, and add salt and pepper as needed.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
