Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil 
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang

Instructions

  • Add the mayonnaise, minced garlic, toasted sesame oil and Gochujang paste to a medium mixing bowl.
  • Whisk or stir until well combined.
  • Taste for seasoning, and add a splash of Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon/Lime juice (if using mayo other than Kewpie) if desired.
  • Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
