Mixed Berry Mojitos

- 4-6 fresh mint leaves
- 2 diced strawberries
- 3 oz raspberry flavored rum
- the juice of half a lime
- 1 oz simple syrup
- club soda
To a chilled highball glass, add mint leaves, diced strawberries, simple syrup and lime juice.
With a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon, gently muddle the mint and berries.
Add the rum, and fill the glass halfway with ice.
Top with club soda, and stir well.
Garnish with fresh berries, lime and mint, and serve!
