Mixed Berry Mojitos

This Mixed Berry Mojito is fresh, fruity, and bursting with berry flavor. Made with mixed berries, mint, lime, and rum, this refreshing cocktail is perfect for summer parties, cookouts, or relaxing evenings.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 fresh mint leaves 
  • 2 diced strawberries
  • 3 oz raspberry flavored rum
  • the juice of half a lime 
  • 1 oz  simple syrup
  • club soda

Instructions

  • To a chilled highball glass, add mint leaves, diced strawberries, simple syrup and lime juice.
  • With a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon, gently muddle the mint and berries.
  • Add the rum, and fill the glass halfway with ice.
  • Top with club soda, and stir well.
  • Garnish with fresh berries, lime and mint, and serve!
