- 2 bulbs roasted garlic (see below for recipe link)
- 1 15.5 oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed well
- ¼ cup good quality tahini (stirred well)
- 1 tablespoon prepared miso paste (organic preferred)
- 2 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3-5 tablespoon water
Garnishes
- fresh chopped parsley
- toasted sesame seeds
- additional extra virgin olive oil
1. Roast The garlic and Allow it to cool. 2. Add all hummus ingredients to a blender, except water. Blend well until mostly smooth. 3. Add water little buy little until desired consistency is reached. 4. Transfer to a serving bowl, smooth with a spoon drizzle with olive oil, and and garnish with toasted sesame seeds, and fresh parsley.
