Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained 
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar (Preferably aged of Modena)
  • ½ cup water (plus more as needed for thinner consistency) 
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard 
  • 2 cloves garlic, whole peeled 
  • ½ teaspoon dry oregano 

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high powered blender.
    2. Blend on high until smooth, adjusting water as necessary until desired consistency is reached.
    3. Transfer from blender to a bottle or mason jar with a tight fitting lid.
    4. Use immediately, or store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
