- 2 4-6 oz cod fillets
- ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon diamond crystal salt
- ½ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- lemon wedges, for serving
Preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees f for 3-5 minutes to get it nice and hot.
Combine spices in a small bowl, until well combined.
Brush cod filets on all sides with olive oil, until well coated.
Sprinkle spice blend over the fish on all sides, in an even layer.
Spray your air fryer basket with a coating of cooking spray or oil to keep your fish from sticking.
Place seasoned cod filets in the air fryer basket, and air fry at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
