Ingredients

  • ½ banana, sliced into rounds
  • ½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt 
  • cup dried banana chips 
  • cup chopped walnuts
  • 1.2 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • To a small glass or mason jar, add half of the vanilla yogurt.
  • Next, layer in half the walnuts and banana chips, and the sliced banana.
  • Add the remaining yogurt, and top with remaining banana chips and walnuts,
