Banana Nut Yogurt Breakfast Parfait

Ingredients

  • ½ banana, sliced into rounds
  • ½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt 
  • cup dried banana chips 
  • cup chopped walnuts
  • 1.2 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • To a small glass or mason jar, add half of the vanilla yogurt.
    2. Next, layer in half the walnuts and banana chips, and the sliced banana.
    3. Add the remaining yogurt, and top with remaining banana chips and walnuts,
    4. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
