Easier (and healthier) than banana nut muffins!
If you love banana nut muffins, but are looking for a healthier alternative, or just an easier treat- these 5 minute Banana Nut Yogurt Breakfast Parfaits are for you!
All you need to make these are a few pantry ingredients, a banana, and a couple minutes!

What goes into the breakfast parfaits?
To make these quick and easy Banana Nut Yogurt Breakfast Parfaits, you will need:
- A banana
- Some nonfat blended vanilla yogurt.
- Dried banana chips.
- Honey.
- Chopped walnuts.

Layering the parfaits
To layer the parfaits, you’ll start with a yogurt base. Next, add half the walnuts and banana chips for some crunch, then the banana. Top with more yogurt, the remaining nuts and chips, and a bit of honey. This way, each bite is loaded with crunchy bits and creamy yogurt!

Alternative yogurts
If you don’t have vanilla yogurt on hand, you can make your own by stirring in a bit of vanilla extract, and some honey for sweetness. You could also use your favorite non-dairy yogurt for these, or even banana yogurt for even more banana flavor!

Options for make-ahead
If you’d like to make these Banana Nut Yogurt Parfaits ahead for breakfast, stick to making them the night before. If making ahead, I would also recommend keeping all the banana chips on top so they don’t get soggy.
