Ingredients

Homemade Ranch Seasoning (Makes enough for 3 small dips)

  • 2 tablespoon instant nonfat dry milk powder 
  • 1 tablespoon dried Parsley 
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder 
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 teaspoon cane sugar

Ranch Dip

  • 2 tablespoon Homemade Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Make the ranch seasoning by combining the spices, salt, sugar and milk powder well with a fork or whisk.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of the ranch seasoning to a medium mixing bowl, and combine with yogurt and vinegar. Whisk until well combined and smooth.
  • This dip gets better as it sits, so it can be made up to a few days in advance, or as little as 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
