- 5 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- ½ medium jalapeño, sliced
- the juice of 3 limes
- 2 tablespoon agave nectar
- 3 oz Blanco tequila
- 6 oz margarita mix, such as Sauza
Add the sliced kiwis, jalapeño slices, lime juice, and agave to a mason jar or cocktail shaker.
Muddle, pressing the kiwis until well mashed.
Add tequila and margarita mix and shake well.
Strain, pressing through a fine mesh sieve to get all the juice from the kiwis.
Pour over 2 cocktail glasses filled ice, and garnish with additional kiwi slices.
